By accessing and using TailorNG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use TailorNG
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Platform Usage

TailorNG is a platform connecting clients with tailors. Users agree to:

  • Use the platform for legitimate tailoring services only
  • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Communicate respectfully with other users
  • Honor agreements made through the platform
  • Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Payments and Transactions

TailorNG facilitates connections between clients and tailors. Payment terms, amounts, and methods are agreed upon directly between users. TailorNG is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You grant TailorNG license to display your content
  • You must not upload copyrighted or illegal content
  • TailorNG reserves the right to remove inappropriate content

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to bypass platform security measures
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes

Limitation of Liability

TailorNG provides a platform for connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality of services, disputes between users, or any damages arising from platform use. Users interact at their own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.
